1. Organizer and purpose
The Reels Contest (the contest) is run by individual entrepreneur Roman Raisovich Novokshchenov (OGRNIP 326265100054782, INN 261908831799, Zelenokumsk, Stavropol Krai, Russian Federation), the organizer. The contest takes place in the iOS and Android apps and the web version of the service at app.goesti.ru (the service). Questions about the contest: support@goesti.ru or the support section of the service. The contest is a public contest under Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Its purpose is to support video creators and to promote fair cooperation between bloggers and businesses. The contest is not a lottery or a game of chance: winners are determined by a measurable result, not at random.
2. Dates
Reels are accepted from 12:00 on 1 October 2026 until 12:00 on 10 November 2026. Results are published in the service and on goesti.ru no later than 15 November 2026. Prizes are awarded within 30 days after the results are published. All times are Moscow time.
3. Who can take part
Adults aged 18 or over with full legal capacity who are registered in the service as bloggers, have an active Plus or Pro subscription (including a trial) and have an account on the social network named on the contest screen, verified in their profile. The subscription must be active whenever a reel is added and at the moment submissions close; otherwise the participant is left out of the final ranking. There is no separate fee to take part: participation is one of the subscription features, and the subscription is paid under the terms of use of the service. The organizer, its employees and their close relatives may not take part.
4. Task
Film and post a short vertical video (reel) about your collab experience, for example how visits and shoots go and what comes out of them. The topic and style are up to the author; the organizer does not approve or edit the content of the reel. The reel is posted publicly on the verified account after submissions open and stays up until the results are published; a reel deleted or made private earlier does not count. The reel must be made by the participant and must not infringe third-party rights or the laws of the Russian Federation. If other people appear in the reel, the participant is responsible for their consent to filming and publication.
5. How to take part
Tap "Join" on the contest screen and accept these rules. Separately, give consent to the distribution of personal data for display in the ranking; the consent text is at app.goesti.ru/legal/consent-contest. The service records the accepted version of the rules and the date and time. Add the reel link on the contest screen within 48 hours after posting the reel. There is no limit on the number of reels; up to five can be added per day. Each reel is checked automatically: a reel is rejected if it is added later than 48 hours, posted before submissions open or not from the verified account, private, or already added. Until submissions close, a participant may remove their reel or leave the contest.
6. How the result is determined
A participant's result is the counted views of their reel with the most counted views at the moment submissions close; views of different reels are not added up. Views are the value of the reel's public view counter on the social network, which the service collects automatically on a schedule (a measurement). Views are counted when they come with a response from viewers: the service compares the growth in views between measurements with the growth in likes or, if likes are hidden, with the reel's usual growth speed. Growth without a proportionate response from viewers (inflated views) is not counted towards the result, whoever caused it; the reel stays in the contest. The organizer's moderator may adjust the counted views, including based on the screen recording under section 8. The value at closing time is the measurement the service obtains within one hour after submissions close; if there is no such measurement, the last measurement before closing is used. Results are based on the service's measurements, which may differ from the numbers the author sees; on request, a participant receives the measurements and counted views of their reels. If results are equal, the participant whose reel was added earlier ranks higher. Winners are the participants in places 1 to 5 after the review under section 8.
7. Prizes
1st place: iPhone 18 Pro Max 256 GB smartphone, Burgundy. 2nd place: DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Creator Combo camera. 3rd place: Hollyland Lark M2 microphone. 4th place: Zolotoe Yabloko gift card for 10,000 ₽. 5th place: Zolotoe Yabloko gift card for 5,000 ₽. One participant can win no more than one prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize is unavailable from the supplier, the organizer replaces it with one of equal value and announces this in the service. A prize's value is stated in the handover certificate.
8. Review and awarding
Before the results are published, the organizer's moderator checks the reels of participants in places 1 to 30 for compliance with the rules. On the organizer's request, a prize contender sends a screen recording within 48 hours: it starts on the contest screen with a one-time code and moves to the reel's statistics without cuts. If the recording is not sent in time, the reel does not count in the results. A participant whose views were partly not counted may send such a recording on their own initiative through support; based on it, the organizer may count those views. Recordings are kept no longer than one year after the results are published. Within 7 days of the organizer's message, a winner replies and sends to support@goesti.ru the details needed to deliver the prize and prepare the related documents; the organizer lists them in the message. The organizer may verify the winner's age with a document. If a winner does not reply, does not provide the details or fails the check, the prize goes to the participant in the next place, but no lower than 10th; otherwise the prize stays with the organizer. Prizes are delivered within Russia at the organizer's expense; gift cards may be issued electronically. On receiving a prize, the winner signs a handover certificate.
9. Taxes
A prize is the winner's income and is subject to personal income tax under the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer fulfils the tax agent's obligations and tells the winner the amount of tax before the prize is handed over.
10. What is prohibited
Giveaways and contests for views, paid promotion of the reel, other people's reels, reposting the same reel, reels with obscene scenes or gestures (including imitation of genitals or sexual acts, even if they appear only in the first seconds), and reels that break the law or infringe third-party rights. Such reels are removed from the contest and cannot be added again. Inflating views is also prohibited, but it does not lead to removal of the reel: inflated views are simply not counted (section 6), so inflating someone else's reel does not harm it. If the participant ordered the inflation themselves, the organizer may remove their reels and exclude them from the contest. A participant who breaks the rules may be excluded from the contest. The participant is notified in the service of a removed reel or exclusion and may appeal through support within 72 hours; the organizer responds within 5 working days. The organizer does not disclose its methods of detecting violations. An appeal to the organizer does not deprive the participant of the right to go to court.
11. Rights to reels
The exclusive right to a reel remains with the participant. By adding a reel to the contest, the participant grants the organizer a free non-exclusive license to show the reel, its preview and a link to it in the contest ranking and results in the service and on goesti.ru, worldwide, for the duration of the contest and 12 months after the results are published. Within the same limits, the participant allows the use of their image in the reel (Article 152.1 of the Civil Code). The organizer does not alter the reel, except for technical downsizing of the preview, and does not transfer these rights to third parties. Removing a reel before submissions close ends the license for it. The organizer acquires no other rights to reels, including the preferential right under Article 1060 of the Civil Code.
12. Personal data
Participants' personal data is processed to run the contest and award prizes under the privacy policy of the service (app.goesti.ru/legal/privacy); winners' data is also processed to prepare the prize documents required by law. Name, profile photo, username, reel links and results are shown in the ranking only on the basis of a separate consent to the distribution of personal data (app.goesti.ru/legal/consent-contest). Withdrawing this consent before the results are published means leaving the contest. The organizer keeps prize documents for the periods established by law.
13. Changes and cancellation
The organizer may change the terms of the contest or cancel it only before 12:00 on 21 October 2026, in the first half of the submission period (Article 1058 of the Civil Code), by notifying participants in the service and on the contest page. To continue taking part, the new version of the rules must be accepted. If the terms are changed or the contest is cancelled, the organizer reimburses participants' expenses as provided by Article 1058 of the Civil Code. If after that date measurements become impossible for reasons beyond the organizer's control, the results are based on the last measurements obtained. Cancelling the contest, removing a reel or excluding a participant does not affect the subscription: it remains in force under its own terms.
14. Other terms
Apple and Google are not organizers or sponsors of the contest and are not involved in it. Taking part in the contest means accepting these rules. If the description of the contest in the service or on the site differs from the rules, the rules prevail. The rules are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled by negotiation: a claim can be sent to support@goesti.ru, and a response is given within 10 working days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court under the jurisdiction rules established by law.
